Why we move you after two nights
A thing clients push back on at the planning stage and almost never at the end.
Two nights is usually right for a city on a first trip. One night is a nonsense: you arrive tired, you see the famous thing at the wrong hour, and you leave. Three nights in the same place, on a trip that only has twelve, means a whole other region does not happen.
The exceptions are real and they are specific. A park wants three nights minimum, because safaris are a lottery and two attempts is not a sample. A beach or a backwater wants three or more, because the entire point is to stop. And one place on any trip should get an extra night for no reason at all, so there is somewhere the schedule can absorb a late flight or a day you want back.
The planning skill is not knowing that two is the default. It is knowing which three places on your particular route are the exceptions.
