What is the question you are slightly embarrassed to ask?
Genuine invitation, and the room is for exactly this.
In twenty years of doing this, the questions people apologise for asking are almost always the ones that matter most to how the trip actually feels. Will I be able to find a lavatory I am comfortable using. Am I going to be hassled constantly. What happens if I get ill. Is it safe for my daughter. Will anyone mind that I do not eat with my hands. Is it rude to say no to a beggar, and what should I do instead.
None of those are silly, all of them have straightforward answers, and none of them appear in a brochure because brochures are written to sell a feeling rather than to answer a worry.
Ask here and you get an answer from somebody who arranges this for a living, in the open, where the next person with the same worry can find it.
No question is too basic. The basic ones are the ones we are best at.
